My lab is looking to hire two full-time positions to assist us with our research efforts. We focus on using active acoustics to better understand fish and zooplankton populations in a variety of ocean, coastal, and estuarine habitats in conjunction with net, oceanographic, and optical sampling instruments. Both positions involve participation (including leading) research cruises so a desire to work at sea is required. Experience with active acoustics, zooplankton / fish, oceanography, data processing are all pluses.
